Senior Surveyor – Residential & Mixed Use

To oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day running and compliance of the Residential & Mixed-Use Property Portfolio. Assist in Pre-Development Strategies, mobilise new developments, ensure effective inter departmental communication for the benefit of our clients and assist the Associate Director with the running, co-ordination and management of the Asset Team.

Head of Compliance

To oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day Health & Safety and compliance across a mixed-use portfolio. You will promote, develop and establish a positive safety culture within the Operations Division so that it can meet its legal requirements in terms of Health, Safety and Compliance.

Surveyor

To oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day running and compliance of the Commercial, Retail & Leisure Property Portfolio. Assist in Pre-Development Strategies, mobilise new developments, ensure effective inter departmental communication for the benefit of our clients.

Associate Director

To oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day running and compliance of the Residential & Mixed use Property Portfolio. Assist in Pre-Development Strategies, Mobilise new developments, ensure effective inter departmental communication for the benefit of our clients and assist the A&P Director with the running, co-ordination and management of the Asset Team.

Purchase Ledger Manager

You will be responsible for the preparation, accuracy and integrity of the purchase ledger department. You will maintain the accuracy of all purchase invoices, credit control, reporting processes and procedures. You will actively contribute to the delivery of the highest levels of service and demonstrate excellent financial capabilities.

Customer and Community Experience Manager

A people-focused role, the successful candidate will create, curate and engage the thriving communities of residents, occupiers, shoppers and leisure visitors on some of the most exciting mixed use developments and individual assets that we manage and activate. You will ensure that the experience people receive whilst on our managed properties and places is positive, memorable and fulfils their needs and expectations. You are the primary conduit between our property end users, the Navana Group brand and our client’s brand.

Portfolio Accountant
