Charlotte Crawley

Culture & Experience Director
Charlotte is a recognised disciplinary thought leader in customer experience within the property sector. Prior to joining Navana, she was head of customer experience at Cushman & Wakefield for nearly five years.

Prior to that Charlotte spent eight years as Head of Customer Experience for DTZ.  She started in the property industry as a Customer Relationship Manager for Evans Property Group Ltd over 15 years ago, and she has also worked outside of the property industry with 12 years of experience in front line and operational service delivery roles.

In addition she has been part of the accessibility and customer experience committee at REVO (previously the British Council of Shopping Centres) providing industry best practice for the past 5 years.

Charlotte leads our specialised experience practice at Navana, spearheading the development and delivery of experience and people–centric plans for clients across the group.
